Notice for all bidders and owners:
- Effective July 1, 2023, parcels sold through the Commissioner of State Lands office cannot be redeemed. All sales are final, both at live auctions and through the online auction of unsold properties. The redemption deadline is 4 p.m. the last business day prior to the sale date.
- The Commissioner of State Lands does not accept cash payments for parcels sold at live or online auctions. Buyers may pay by personal or business check, credit or debit card, or cashier’s check or money order. Full payment is due at the time of sale, so bidders should come prepared with proper forms of payment. Cash is not accepted.
- Owners of tax-delinquent parcels may still redeem parcels with cash in our office at 7003 Valley Ranch Drive Little Rock, Arkansas 72223. Parcels must be redeemed by 4 p.m. the last business day prior to the sale date. This means we must receive the payment by that time; postmarks are not accepted.
The Commissioner of State Lands office partners with DataScoutPro.com to provide county property records to interested parties. This service is provided free of charge, and is intended to assist you with your parcel research. This service is available on the public auction catalog and auction.cosl.org. Click the parcel number link to view the data. DataScoutPro.com data will display in a separate window.
DataScoutPro provides parcel mapping in counties that have GIS data available. DataScoutPro will provide parcel level mapping and county wide mapping where available.
