Notice for all bidders and owners:
  • Effective July 1, 2023, parcels sold through the Commissioner of State Lands office cannot be redeemed. All sales are final, both at live auctions and through the online auction of unsold properties. The redemption deadline is 4 p.m. the last business day prior to the sale date.
  • The Commissioner of State Lands does not accept cash payments for parcels sold at live or online auctions. Buyers may pay by personal or business check, credit or debit card, or cashier’s check or money order. Full payment is due at the time of sale, so bidders should come prepared with proper forms of payment. Cash is not accepted.
  • Owners of tax-delinquent parcels may still redeem parcels with cash in our office at 7003 Valley Ranch Drive Little Rock, Arkansas 72223. Parcels must be redeemed by 4 p.m. the last business day prior to the sale date. This means we must receive the payment by that time; postmarks are not accepted.
