The Commissioner of State Lands office publishes a quarterly catalog of tax delinquent properties, being offered for sale at public auction; as well as a quarterly newsletter. If you would like to be on our mailing list to receive a printed copy of these publications, then submit your name and mailing address below or call our office at 501-324-9222.
**Due to the rising cost of printing and postage, the Commissioner of State Lands office can no longer provide a printed copy of the "Catalog of Tax Delinquent Lands" to customers residing outside of Arkansas. We apologize for any inconvenience, but feel that it is in the best interest of the State to discontinue this service.
